The rest of the dining room is still a work in progress but I had to share this little peek at my new cat wall!! They're gold vinyl decals from Emerging Thoughts and they're basically my favorite thing ever. I have a bookcase that separates my workspace from my dining room and I keep peeking around it to stare at the wall some more. I can't believe this is the first time I managed to take outfit pictures in this dress because I've been wearing it constantly ever since it arrived on my doorstep in March. It's one of those dresses that works perfectly by itself (the stripes changing direction at the waist means I haven't even felt like I needed a belt to define the waist--and I always feel like I need a belt) but is also simple enough that it can serve as a wardrobe staple ripe for mixing and matching with all my various cardigans and shoes ;) Oh and it's super comfy, so 100 bonus points right there.

Lauren from Emerging Thoughts recently started using bloggers for her models, and kindly asked me to model the Kling pieces along with this beautiful Dainty June dress. Of course I said yes! It's such a cute idea, and I was so flattered to be asked. And having a blog that's rather on the small side, I am incredibly humbled to be included alongside bloggers that I look up to and admire so much!
